How to Get Technical Support
If you are experiencing a problem with CYBERsitter, we’re here to help you. Here are the steps we recommend following so we can
help you quickly resolve any problem you might be having.
Frequently Asked Questions
Many questions are easy to answer and may not require that you send a support request to us. Below is a list of frequently asked
questions and answers. Please take a minute and browse through the list, and hopefully and the answer to your question may be
Submit a Question On-line
If at all possible, we highly recommend that you use the technical
support request feature built in to CYBERsitter. When you request
support this way, a comprehensive diagnostic report is generated
automatically and sent to us along with your message. We can usually
resolve the problem in a fraction of the time it would normally take by
normal email or by telephone.
If you are unable to use the built-in CYBERsitter support function and
your question was not covered in out frequently asked questions, you
can submit a support request here.
Please try to describe the problem as accurately as possible. If you think
that we may need to contact you by phone, be sure to include your
phone number and the best time to reach you.
Use CYBERsitter’s Internal Support Function
If your question was not answered in the FAQ section, we recommend is sending us a technical support request from within
CYBERsitter. It has a built-in diagnostic system that will create a report for us to look at that provides details about your CYBERsitter
installation. This capability was added to CYBERsitter on October 5, 2010, so if you installed CYBERsitter before that date, we
recommend that you download and install the latest version. You can download an update by clicking here.
Here are the steps you need to follow to send a technical support request from within CYBERsitter:
Go to the About tab page.
In the “Help and Support” rectangle, click on the link for “Click here to request support”
Supply the information requested, and click on Send
The report you send will help us answer your question quickly because we usually have all the information we need. We usually get
to these CYBERsitter generated support requests first because they are much easier to answer quickly. We do ask however that you
allow us sufficient time to analyze your report and get back to you.
